On 02 July 1947, rancher ██████ ██████ reported debris of unknown origin on property approximately 75 miles northwest of Roswell, New Mexico. Recovery team ALPHA-7 was dispatched at ████ hours. Upon arrival, personnel confirmed the presence of ███████████████████████████████ along with structural material of a type not consistent with any known aircraft or weather apparatus.
The debris field extended approximately ████ yards in a northwest-southeast orientation. Materials recovered include:
(a) Metallic foil-like substance — extremely lightweight, returns to original shape when deformed. Resists temperatures in excess of ████°F.
(b) Structural I-beams bearing ████████████████████ markings of unknown script.

At a secondary site approximately ████ miles from the main debris field, recovery personnel located ████ entities. Entities measured approximately 3'6" to 4'0" in height. Skin coloration ████████. Cranial structure disproportionately large relative to body mass. Three entities were non-viable upon recovery. One entity exhibited █████████████████████████████████████████.
Medical examination by Dr. ████████ at ████████ AFB determined that internal organ structure does not correspond to any known terrestrial biology. Of particular note:
It is the recommendation of this office that:
(a) All recovered material be transferred to ████████████ for further analysis under Project ████████.
(b) A cover story involving a standard weather balloon be disseminated to local press immediately.
(c) All military personnel involved in recovery operations be debriefed and reminded of their oath under ████████.

The surviving entity has been ██████████████████████████████████████. Communication attempts via ████████ have yielded ████████████████████. The entity appears to respond to ██████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████.
It is the assessment of this officer that the implications of this recovery, if disclosed to the public, would ████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████.
